About the Role:
Well-established company is hiring a high volume of Call Center Representatives to help with a recurring project! This position is strictly outbound calling-you will use Salesforce (CRM) to place calls, document outcomes, and keep records accurate and up to date. This position offers overtime potential and weekly pay!
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to clients.
- Follow approved call guides/talking points to deliver a clear, consistent message.
- Accurately enter and update shareholder information in Salesforce (CRM), including call outcomes, notes, and next steps.
- Maintain a professional, courteous, customer-focused demeanor during all phone interactions, especially when addressing questions, concerns, or objections.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly expectations for call volume, documentation quality, and campaign progress.
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience (call center, retail, restaurant, front office, etc.)
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and speaking with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Strong verbal communication, active listening, and a calm, professional phone presence.
- Solid data-entry skills and ability to document calls accurately and efficiently.
