Our client, a well-established residential property management company, is seeking a dynamic and motivated Leasing Manager to join their team. This individual will play a key role in supporting leasing operations, driving occupancy, coaching leasing staff, and delivering an exceptional resident experience. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with a flexible schedule that may include weekends. An active PA Real Estate License is required for this role.
About the Job:
- Support leasing operations by maintaining occupancy goals, reviewing applications, and overseeing apartment readiness and turnovers
- Coach, train, and mentor leasing staff on customer service, leasing procedures, systems, and virtual leasing standards
- Monitor LRO pricing, occupancy reporting, promotions, inventory status, waitlists, and competitor activity
- Coordinate tours, leasing schedules, marketing initiatives, outreach efforts, and online apartment listings
- Partner with maintenance and operations teams to address work orders, inspections, resident concerns, and community appearance
- Assist with administrative responsibilities including reporting, leasing documentation, office organization, and rotating weekend coverage
About You:
- Active PA Real Estate License required
- 2+ years of office, leasing, property management, or administrative experience preferred
- Proven leadership ability with experience coaching or supervising team members
- Strong customer service, communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and leasing or property management software preferred
- Flexible availability for a fully onsite schedule, including rotating weekends and occasional off-hours support
This permanent opportunity offers a $60,000 annual salary plus overtime potential.
