Our client, a national nonprofit organization is seeking a Program Operations Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis in Arlington, VA.
About The Job:
- Support data validation, maintenance, and quality assurance across internal systems
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in CRM systems
- Assist with member communications, including drafting templates and correspondence
- Create and update spreadsheets, reports, and tracking tools in Excel
- Support development and organization of SOPs and internal documentation
- Assist with system testing, application processes, and enhancements
- Respond to member inquiries and provide general program support
- Coordinate meeting logistics, registration, and administrative tasks
- Collaborate with team on process improvements and operational projects
About You:
- 1+ years of administrative, operations, program, or data support experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Salesforce, Fonteva, or similar CRM systems preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large amounts of data
- Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable learning new systems and processes quickly
- Team-oriented, proactive, and adaptable
About The Position:
- Start Date: ASAP!
- 6-week temporary assignment
- $23-$27/hr
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, full-time (40 hours/week)
- Hours: 8:00 AM-4:00 PM or 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
