Our client is seeking a highly polished, high‑performing Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to support the CEO of a leading alternative asset management firm. This is a co‑assistant, high‑touch EA/PA role requiring strong partnership, discretion, and the ability to operate seamlessly across both business and personal priorities. The role is ideal for someone who is collaborative, patient, flexible and eager to build trust while supporting a dynamic, intellectually driven executive. Hours are generally 8:00/9:00am-5:00/5:30pm with after‑hours responsiveness expected, and the role is fully onsite five days per week with flexibility during August.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high‑level executive and personal support to the CEO in a true EA/PA capacity
  • Partner closely with a senior EA to divide and own responsibilities collaboratively
  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting logistics across business and personal commitments
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including highly detailed itineraries
  • Support personal obligations including lifestyle coordination, reservations, and ad hoc needs
  • Maintain organization of communications, priorities, and day‑to‑day logistics
  • Anticipate needs and proactively manage follow‑through on tasks and projects
  • Act as a discreet and polished representative of the executive
  • Assist with broader administrative and operational tasks as needed
  • Build strong working relationships across the admin team and leadership
  • Adapt to evolving responsibilities as trust and partnership with the executive grows

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience supporting a senior executive or high‑profile principal required
  • Strong interest in a true EA/PA role with both business and personal integration
  • Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and emotional intelligence
  • Collaborative mindset and willingness to operate in a co‑assistant structure
  • Patient, adaptable, and able to build trust over time
  • Resourceful and proactive with ability to think independently
  • Tech‑savvy with strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
