A leading global professional services firm is seeking a Benefits Manager to own and elevate its U.S. benefits function. This is a newly created, high-impact role offering the opportunity to build, streamline, and enhance benefits programs across a growing organization. This is an individual contributor role working a hybrid schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the full lifecycle of U.S. benefits programs, including strategy, execution, and ongoing optimization
- Lead end-to-end open enrollment, including planning, communications, system coordination, and execution
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all benefits-related matters across the U.S. population
- Manage relationships with brokers, carriers, and external vendors, ensuring strong performance and accountability
- Partner closely with Payroll, Finance, and HR to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency
- Design and deliver effective employee communications and education to increase awareness and engagement
- Support benefits-related processes including leave administration (e.g., FMLA)
- Develop and execute a forward-looking benefits roadmap aligned with organizational growth
What We’re Looking For
- 5-7+ years of progressive experience in benefits administration or total rewards within professional services
- Strong background in managing end-to-end benefits programs, ideally in a stand-alone or highly autonomous role
- Experience overseeing programs for a mid-sized employee population (approximately 500-1,000 employees)
- Demonstrated ability to manage vendors and broker relationships, including involvement in renewals
- Bachelor’s degree required
