Our client is seeking a polished, high‑energy Office Coordinator to serve as the front‑of‑house presence within a design‑forward private equity office in SoHo. This is a hospitality‑driven, white‑glove office role that blends reception, office operations, and event support. The ideal candidate is warm, proactive, and enjoys being the go‑to person in a highly visible environment with constant interaction across teams and guests. Hours are 9:00am-5:00pm with strong work‑life balance, and the role is fully onsite five days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the front‑of‑house presence, welcoming guests and maintaining a polished office environment
  • Manage conference room scheduling, catering, and meeting logistics
  • Coordinate office operations, including vendor management, supplies, and building relationships
  • Oversee pantry, lunch program, and overall office experience
  • Support internal events and team activations
  • Partner with HR to assist with onboarding logistics and employee experience initiatives
  • Act as the main point of contact for building management and external vendors
  • Maintain a highly organized and visually appealing office space
  • Provide ad hoc administrative support and assist across teams as needed
  • Act as a “catch‑all” for day‑to‑day office needs and special projects

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in office coordination, reception, or hospitality
  • Strong customer service mindset with a polished, client‑facing presence
  • Comfortable working in a highly visible front‑of‑house role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Proactive, self‑starter with ability to take ownership
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast‑paced environment
  • Flexible, team‑oriented mindset with a “no task too small” attitude

Compensation/Benefits:

  • Up to $75K-$90K base salary + discretionary bonus
  • 100% employer‑paid medical, dental, and vision coverage

  • $285/month wellness stipend, $75/month phone reimbursement
  • $20/day lunch stipend + catered lunch on Mondays
