Inside Sales Support - 26/hour

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Sales Support Representative to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to learn the fundamentals of inside sales and grow within a successful organization.

In this role, you will help support our sales team during a planned leave, while gaining hands-on experience in sales processes, customer communication, and retail product knowledge.

What You'll Do:

• Support the sales team with administrative tasks, order entry, and customer follow-up
• Assist with preparing quotes, proposals, and sales materials
• Communicate with internal departments and clients to help ensure a smooth sales process
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and sales tracking tools
• Learn about our products, customers, and sales strategies with mentorship from the team
• Step in to help wherever needed to ensure our team is covered and running smoothly

Who You Are:

• A team player with a positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with good follow-through
• Comfortable communicating with clients and internal teams via email and phone
• Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word); CRM or ERP experience is a plus
• Interested in building a career in inside sales or account management
