Our client is seeking an organized and motivated Receptionist to join their team in Saddle Brook, NJ! We are looking for a candidate eager to grow their professional career with a thriving food and beverage manufacturer and assist in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations at the front desk.
About You:
- Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Communications, or related field)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the company
- Internship or part-time experience in customer service or office support is a plus
About the Job:
- Greet and check in guests, vendors, and clients with professionalism and hospitality
- Answer and direct incoming calls; relay messages accurately and promptly
- Manage the reception area to ensure a clean and welcoming environment
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages; prepare outgoing shipments
- Assist departments with administrative support including document preparation, data entry, and filing
- Coordinate meeting logistics, including room bookings and refreshments
- Support HR or operations with onboarding tasks or internal communications as needed
- Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in a manufacturing office setting
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Saddle Brook, NJ, requiring attendance five days a week. It is a contract-to-hire opportunity paying up to $25 per hour during the contract period, with the potential to convert to a permanent role earning $55,000 annually.
