Contract Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to support a short‑term project focused on inbound shipments and bonded warehouse processes for the Latin America (LAR) region. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with CBP bonded or FTZ warehouse operations, strong understanding of ocean/air import logistics, and comfort working with customs documentation and inventory controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and track sales and transfer orders for Latin America from creation through completion.
• Maintain full accuracy of order documentation, quantities, inventories, and status updates across systems.
• Support CBP bonded warehouse processes, including withdrawals, inventory tracking, and customs entry summary follow-up.
• Perform inventory reconciliation and maintain audit-ready records.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure shipments move efficiently and in compliance with bonded/FTZ requirements.
• Communicate with Latin American partners and stakeholders as needed (bilingual preferred).
• Utilize SAP S4/HANA for order management and tracking.
• Maintain tracking, reporting, and reconciliation worksheets using advanced Excel skills.

Requirements

• Direct experience with bonded and/or FTZ warehouse processes (must-have).
• Familiarity with LAR region logistics and order flows.
• Knowledge of inbound ocean and air import processes.
• Strong attention to detail and an analytical, accuracy-focused approach.
• Proficiency in Excel (formulas, reconciliation, tracking).
• Experience with SAP S4/Hana preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.

Additional Details

• Onsite position, Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM.
• Contract duration: 2-3 months.
