Commercial Real Estate / Corporate Paralegal
Beacon Hill Legal is working with a tremendous law firm organization based in Norfolk, VA that is looking for a Commercial Real Estate / Corporate Paralegal for its growing team.
This role will include assisting with all aspects of complex commercial real estate, corporate and lender transactions, including creating checklists, disbursement statements, closing documents, and reviewing loan documents. It will also require analyzing title commitments, title documents, real property legal descriptions, and surveys.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of in-depth experience in closing commercial loans, funding loans, and examining title commitments, as well as knowledge of closing processes, title insurance, and real estate processing. Corporate paralegals with less commercial real estate experience are also encouraged to apply.
