TRADEMARK DOCKETING MANAGER
A leading law firm is seeking an experienced Trademark Docketing Manger to support their growing Intellectual Property team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of trademark docketing systems AND leadership experience.
We're looking for an experienced Trademark Docketing Manager to oversee global trademark docketing operations. This role ensures timely tracking of deadlines, accuracy of IP records, and smooth coordination with legal teams and external counsel.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain a trademark docketing system for global IP portfolios
Input and track critical deadlines for filings, renewals, and responses
Coordinate with attorneys, paralegals, and external counsel to meet deadlines
Generate and distribute regular docket reports and updates
Lead audits and improvements to ensure docket accuracy and compliance
Qualifications:
8+ years of trademark docketing experience (law firm preferred)
Strong knowledge of USPTO, WIPO, and international trademark procedures
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Experience in a leadership position
