Operations Manager to $95K + Bonus!
Our client, a real estate development and management company, is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the operations at a Boston property! In this role, the Operations Manager will manage operations for compliance with policies and procedures, maintain all reads of responsibility, and conduct required monthly inspections. The qualified candidate will have 3+ years of experience in facility or operations management.
Position Details:
- Location: Boston, MA
- Work Model: In office

- Responsibilities in this role fall under providing operations/compliance management, merchant relations management, inspections, risk management, and providing contract services.
- Additional qualifications include the ability to be available for overtime as needed, strong interpersonal and personnel management skills, the ability to motivate, train and communicate with others, and exceptional organizational and time management skills.
