Our client, a real estate investment firm, is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join their commercial property team at their new property! The successful candidate will provide white-glove service while supporting property operations in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of commercial real estate property management experience.

• Responsibilities include managing tenant relations and communications, supporting property operations and maintenance coordination, assisting with lease administration and documentation, contributing to team initiatives in a collaborative environment, handling complex transactions with attention to detail, and interacting professionally with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• The ideal candidate possesses strong written and verbal communication skills, 3+ years of commercial property management experience, exceptional attention to detail, motivation to learn and grow within the role, comfort working in busy, dynamic environments, and a down-to-earth personality with team-player mentality.
