Client Services Coordinator to $60K - Exciting Opportunity in Downtown Boston!
Our client, an office furniture dealer, is seeking a Client Services Coordinator to join their busy team! In this role, the Client Services Coordinator will be responsible for the processing and handling of customer orders via support to sales personnel and clients. The ideal candidate has 1+ years of corporate experience.
Position Details:
- Location: Boston, MA
- Work Model: In office
- Degree: Required
- Responsibilities include serving as the main customer contact, insuring that all requirements and expectations are met; developing and maintaining partnerships across divisions; providing weekly order status reports; tracking and monitoring orders for ship dates; scheduling orders; participating in weekly meetings; and more.
- The ideal candidate has strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, strong Microsoft Office Suite skills, excellent customer services skills, and the ability to use analytical and decision making skills to resolve problems.
