Receptionist to $70K Plus Bonus! - Work in Venture Capital/Investments!
Prestigious firm is looking to hire a Receptionist to join their Boston Team! In this role, you will be responsible for supporting a wide range of administrative and office support activities; maintaining the security guest list; coordinating conference room schedules; answering and directing incoming calls; greeting guests with a concierge-like service including offering beverages; helping plan office and company monthly and annual events and parties; and processing expense reports. In addition, must have the ability to assume a variety of ad hoc administrative related projects. The qualified candidate needs to demonstrate excellent interpersonal and multitasking skills; will be detail-oriented and organized, and able to effectively complete tasks within deadlines; must possess strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite; and should be dedicated to providing excellent customer service to a diverse range of individuals.
