Senior Property Manager to $165K - Generous Benefits Package Offered!
Our client, a real estate investment firm, is seeking a Senior Property manager to join their commercial property team at two commercial properties! In this role, the Senior Property Manager will be responsible for all the day-to day administrative responsibilities of two life sciences buildings and two retail properties. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of real estate/property management experience. Strong tenant relationship management experience is highly preferred!
Position Details:
- Location: Boston, MA
- Work Model: In office
- Degree: Preferred
- Responsibilities include assisting with staff and vendor coordination, communicating with tenants, reviewing invoices for payment, inspecting property conditions, managing vendor relationships, coordinating tenant move-ins, and accomplishing additional tasks as needed.
- The ideal candidate is motivated, interested in learning and possesses a high attention to detail. The individual in this position should be comfortable working and contributing to a team environment, enjoy being in a busy environment, and can interact with people at various levels within and outside the organization.
