Executive Assistant to $110K - Exciting Opportunity in Denver!
Our client, a large international economics consulting firm, is seeking an Executive Assistant to join their growing team! In this role, the Executive Assistant will be responsible for working closely with Partners and Senior Staff to provide superior administrative and case-related support. The qualified candidate will have 5+ years of relevant executive support experience.
Position Details:
- Location: Denver, CO
- Work Model: In office
- Degree: Preferred
- Responsibilities include extensive calendar management, providing phone coverage, coordinating and managing travel, file maintenance, expense report processing, meeting and event support, preparing agendas and presentations, and special projects as needed.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent and clear communication skills, possess consistent task and time management skills, and actively seeks to understand their own strengths and development opportunities.
