Our client, a thriving manufacturing company, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver outstanding support to their dealer network and internal teams! This roles involves managing projects from start to finish while building strong relationships that drive business success. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of customer service experience rand strong problem-solving abilities.

- Responsibilities include providing exception customer service support to external dealers and internal departments; managing assigned projects and orders to ensure accuracy and completion; resolving customer issues by identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions; collaborating with sales team to strengthen dealer relationships; and conducting follow-up activities within assigned territories.
- The ideal candidate possesses strong computer skills including MS Office Suite; excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities; outstanding interpersonal and conflict resolution skills; exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail; and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
