A prestigious private equity firm is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee and support various teams in their Boston office! This role focuses on ensuring best-in-class facilities and support functions while managing day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of office management experience with strong leadership skills.
Position Details:

- Responsibilities include leading daily operations and supervising facilities management staff; managing vendor relationships and coordinating office procedures; assisting the Executive Assistant team with staffing and resource allocation; facilitating organizational changes and communicating policy updates to senior leadership; developing talent within teams; and ensuring effective support delivery across all functions.
- The ideal candidate possesses 10+ years of relevant office management experience, proven team leadership and multitasking abilities, strong communication skills with comfort level interacting with senior executives, forward-thinking approach with tactical execution focus, and demonstrates professionalism, confidentiality, and sound judgment while being receptive to feedback.
