Receptionist to $65K - Join a dynamic Private Equity Firm!

Our client, a small private equity firm, is seeking a Receptionist to join their collaborative team in an open-door environment! This role offers unique exposure to firm operations and is perfect for someone upbeat and outgoing who can play in active role in firm culture. The ideal candidate thrives on building relationships and is eager to learn from working at a private equity firm.

Position Details:

• Location: Boston, MA

• Responsibilities include managing front desk reception duties; coordinating daily lunch service for the office; working closely with the VP of Operations and various Executive Assistants on company events for investors and portfolio companies; proactively thinking about ways to make employees' lives more comfortable and efficient; actively contributing to firm culture; and supporting the physical office space needs.
• The ideal candidate possesses a gregarious personality; comfort introducing themselves to every employee and building relationships; proactive mindset with ability to anticipate needs; collaborative approach in a sharing environment; and enthusiasm for taking an active role in contributing to the team.
