Our client, a prestigious private investment firm, is seeking a Receptionist to deliver exceptional front desk experiences across multiple floors. In this role, the Receptionist will provide flexible coverage ensuring seamless office operations and top-tier guest services. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience coming out of high touch customer focused environments including corporate firms or the hospitality space.

• Responsibilities include greeting employees, visitors, and clients with professionalism; managing visitor preclearance and security protocols; answering and directing phone calls and inquiries; maintaining reception areas and common spaces; scheduling conference rooms and office space; coordinating with Facilities and IT teams for issue resolution; and providing administrative support as needed.
• The ideal candidate possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills, professional appearance and demeanor, strong organizational abilities and attention to detail, adaptability to varied workplace environments, comfort with frequent movement between floors, and familiarity with Microsoft Office and front desk software platforms.
