Executive Assistant to $100K - Exceptional Benefits & Bonus Potential!
Our client, a venture capital firm, is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support their fast-moving and highly successful team! In this role, you'll provide direct support to 3 executives, with additional support to other team members as needed. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of executive support experience.
Position Details:
- Location: Cambridge, MA
- Work Model: Hybrid
- Degree: Preferred
- Responsibilities include managing complex calendars for multiple executives, coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements, handling meeting logistics from preparation to execution, organizing catering and lunch arrangements, preparing comprehensive meeting materials, and providing varying levels of support across your team.
- The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience supporting senior-level executives, exceptional organizational and time management skills, strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and the proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
