Client Associate to $105K - Transform Client Experiences!
Our client, a distinguished advisory firm, is seeking a Client Associate to deliver premium service to high-net-worth individuals and families. This role involves comprehensive client relationship management, onboarding coordination, and collaboration with investment professionals. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of client-facing experience in financial services with a strong understanding of fiduciary trusts.
Position Details:
- Location: Boston, MA
- Work Model: In Office
- Degree: Required
- Responsibilities include overseeing complete client onboarding from documentation collection through system enrollment and service implementation; building rapport with clients and their external professionals including accountants and attorneys; coordinating gifting activities and producing required correspondence and notices; understanding and implementing service arrangements accurately; mentoring junior staff while establishing strong cross-departmental relationships; and contributing to special projects and process improvement initiatives.
- The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of fiduciary trusts; exceptional communication skills both verbal and written; demonstrated ability to build trust with clients and external advisors; strong multitasking capabilities with adaptability to shifting priorities; professional discretion in handling confidential matters; collaborative mindset with internal motivation; strong organizational skills with attention to accuracy; and a proficiency in system processing.
