Property Manager to $120K!

Our client, a real estate developer, is seeking an experienced Property Manager to lead operations across their residential portfolio! This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on management, requiring someone who can excel in both resident relations and team leadership. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of residential property management experience.

Position Details:

• Location: Boston, MA
• Work Model: In office
• Responsibilities include overseeing daily property operations and maintaining compliance with all regulations; managing diverse teams including leasing, maintenance, and administrative staff; handling resident inquiries while coordinating leasing efforts and community events; preparing comprehensive operating reports and managing property budgets; conducting regular inspections and coordinating emergency services; developing vendor relationships and securing competitive pricing for property services; and managing resident lifecycle from onboarding through collections.
• The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership and team management capabilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, solid computer proficiency, thorough knowledge of property management laws and regulations, proven ability to work independently and collaboratively, flexibility for evening and weekend availability, and exceptional documentation and task management abilities.
