Our client, a specialized professional services firm, is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to support their growing operations! This role combines financial administration with cross-functional project support, ensuring smooth operations across multiple teams. The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of financial administration experience and thrives in collaborative environments.

Position Details:

  • Location: North Shore, MA
  • Work Model: Hybrid
  • Degree: Required
  • Responsibilities include managing accounts payable/receivable and invoice processing; reconciling financial statements and maintaining organized records; supporting payroll and benefits administration; preparing financial reports for leadership; setting up projects in management systems; coordinating schedules and meetings across teams; liaising with external service providers; and identifying process improvements.
  • The ideal candidate possesses a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration; proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel; experience with ADP platforms; exceptional organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail; strong communication skills; the ability to handle confidential information professionally; and comfort navigating priorities in a collaborative setting.
