Communications Manager to $175K - Lead Strategic Communication!
Our client, a full-service international law firm, is seeking a Communications Manager to execute communications and public relations programs that advance the firm's reputation and support business goals! This role requires 7+ years of law firm or professional services experience with a staff management background.
Position Details:
- Location: Boston, MA
- Work Model: Hybrid
- Degree: Required
- Responsibilities include: overseeing website marketing strategies and content management; managing internal and external communications initiatives; supervising awards and editorial survey responses; developing PR releases and crisis management protocols; maintaining attorney bios and alumni relations; leveraging social media platforms to promote content; collaborating with marketing and business development teams; identifying promotional opportunities for news features; and leading a communications team while working with external agencies and consultants.
- The ideal candidate possesses proven team leadership and staff management skills; exceptional written and oral communication skills; strong project management handling both short and long-cycle initiatives; experience creating unified brand messaging across digital and print materials; ability to identify proactive media opportunities; willingness to travel between firm locations; and experience in a law firm or professional service industries.
