Senior Executive Assistant to $110K - Exceptional Opportunity!

Our client, a leading professional services firm, is seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to be a vital strategic partner to their leadership team! This dynamic position offers an exceptional opportunity to operate at the intersection of high-level executive support and critical business operations, directly influencing C-suite decisions while orchestrating key initiatives across multiple departments. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of executive support experience and thrives in a dual-capacity role that seamlessly blends strategic thinking with operational excellence.

Position Details:

  • Location: Boston, MA
  • Work Model: Hybrid
  • Degree: Preferred
  • Executive support responsibilities include managing complex calendars across multiple time zones; coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements; preparing comprehensive meeting materials and itineraries; handling expense reporting and compliance tracking; acting as primary liaison between executives and stakeholders; and supporting special projects as needed. Operations management responsibilities include overseeing office facilities, equipment, and vendor relationships; coordinating IT operations including onboarding, equipment management, and system administration; planning and executing internal firm events; managing contract processes and legal documentation; identifying and implementing process improvements; and managing operational budgets.
  • The ideal candidate possesses 5+ years of executive support experience in professional or financial services; exceptional organizational and prioritization abilities; excellent communication skills; proven discretion with confidential information; strong problem-solving capabilities; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration platforms; experience in professional or financial services environments; and a collaborative, entrepreneurial approach to work.
