Property Manager to $115K - Oversee a Luxury Estate with Full Benefits!
Our client, a private household, is seeking a hands-on Property Manager to ensure smooth operations and upkeep of their luxury estate. In this role, you'll manage vendors, oversee maintenance projects, and maintain household systems while ensuring the property remains in pristine condition. The ideal candidate brings experience managing large homes or estates and thrives in a detail-oriented environment.
Position Details:
- Location: Newport, RI
- Work Model: In Office
- Degree: Not Required
- Responsibilities include coordinating seasonal and annual maintenance; managing outside vendors and service providers for landscaping, pool care, and household systems; overseeing property upkeep including exterior cleaning and minor repairs; maintaining household inventories and supply levels; handling errands and occasional travel to Boston; and ensuring smooth daily operations across all buildings and vehicles.
- The ideal candidate possesses proven experience in property or estate management; hands-on background in construction or maintenance; exceptional organizational and multitasking skills; strong communication abilities with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset; flexibility and discretion in handling sensitive matters; and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
