Practice Manager to $175K - Empower Growth Through Knowledge and Collaboration!
Our client, a global professional services firm, is seeking a Practice Manager to lead knowledge-sharing initiatives and strengthen collaboration across the organization. In this role, you'll design and manage learning programs, curate firmwide resources, and connect teams to drive continuous improvement. The ideal candidate brings 6+ years of experience in professional services with strong project management and communication skills.
Position Details:
- Location: Boston, MA

- Degree: Required
- Responsibilities include developing and implementing knowledge management systems; coordinating learning programs and post-project reviews; curating and maintaining resource libraries; facilitating cross-team collaboration and integration; supporting practice area development and strategic priorities; monitoring industry trends and emerging technologies; and partnering with leadership to align initiatives with business goals.
- The ideal candidate possesses 6+ years of experience in professional services; strong analytical and project management skills; excellent verbal and written communication abilities; proven ability to influence and engage stakeholders; advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; and a consultative, proactive approach to problem-solving.
