This role is highly execution-focused, requiring someone who can launch campaigns, create compelling content, and drive demand generation while shaping brand presence in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate brings 4+ years of experience in growth or demand generation marketing and thrives in entrepreneurial settings where adaptability and creativity are key.

• Responsibilities include building and executing demand generation strategies to drive qualified leads; managing account-based marketing campaigns targeting priority accounts; creating and optimizing content across channels; overseeing marketing operations and analytics to measure performance; collaborating closely with sales to align pipeline goals; and leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiency and campaign impact.
• The ideal candidate possesses proven success in demand generation and growth marketing; hands-on experience running ABM campaigns and managing paid media budgets; ability to develop go-to-market strategies including segmentation and positioning; strong analytical skills to interpret performance data; proficiency with marketing technology platforms; and a proactive, results-driven mindset with comfort in a "build-it-yourself" environment.
