Senior Client Associate to $105K - Build Trusted Client Relationships!
Our client, a respected advisory firm, is seeking a Senior Client Associate to deliver exceptional service and trusted guidance to high-net-worth clients. This role combines comprehensive trust administration with proactive relationship management, ensuring smooth account operations and personalized support. The ideal candidate brings deep technical knowledge of trusts and estates along with proven success in client-facing roles.
Position Details:
- Location: Boston, MA
- Work Model: Hybrid
- Degree: Preferred
- Responsibilities include managing trust and estate administration activities such as monitoring balances and processing distributions; coordinating account openings, closings, and asset transfers; overseeing client onboarding and ensuring accurate documentation; building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and their external advisors; assisting with investment recommendations and trade execution; supporting gifting activities and preparing related correspondence; maintaining organized client records and ensuring compliance with fiduciary standards; and contributing to team projects and process improvement initiatives.
- The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of trust and estate processes and fiduciary principles; exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and external advisors; demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities accurately while adapting to shifting demands; professional discretion in handling confidential matters; a proactive and collaborative mindset with internal motivation; strong organizational skills and attention to detail; and proficiency in financial systems and standard office tools.
