Our client, a leading commercial real estate developer, is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to oversee and support the management of office assets across multiple U.S. locations. In this highly visible role, you'll coordinate property operations, manage financial reporting, and partner with third-party management teams to ensure seamless execution. The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of property management experience, preferably in commercial settings, and thrives in fast-paced environments requiring adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.
Position Details:
- Location: Seaport, MA
- Work Model: In Office
- Degree: Required
- Responsibilities include managing CAM budgets and variance reporting; ensuring compliance with financial reporting requirements; coordinating meetings and deliverables with third-party property management teams; tracking projects, tenant issues, and contracts; preparing agendas and meeting documentation; and supporting portfolio-wide initiatives and onboarding of new assets.
- The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree; 3+ years of property management experience with commercial exposure; strong organizational and communication skills; the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment; excellent problem-solving abilities; and willingness to travel 1-2 days per month within the U.S.
