Project Manager to $150K - Lead Strategic Initiatives!
Our client, a respected financial services organization, is seeking a Project Manager to drive the successful execution of multiple high-impact projects aligned with organizational goals. In this role, you'll oversee program governance, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure timely delivery of initiatives that enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of project management experience, a PMP certification, strong leadership skills, and proven success managing complex programs!

- Responsibilities include leading program planning and execution across multiple workstreams; establishing governance frameworks and monitoring performance metrics; managing stakeholder communication and executive reporting; identifying and mitigating risks while ensuring compliance with standards; coordinating resources and driving process improvements to achieve strategic objectives.
- The ideal candidate possesses 5+ years of project management experience with at least 3 years in program leadership; PMP certification; familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies; exceptional communication and decision-making skills; ability to build relationships and influence across teams; and adaptability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
