Our client, a fast-growing organization in the digital marketplace, is seeking a Director of Performance Marketing Strategy to lead innovative initiatives that expand brand reach and drive measurable impact. In this role, you'll develop multi-channel strategies, optimize audience engagement, and leverage advanced tools to enhance performance. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of experience in paid media and a proven ability to launch and scale new marketing programs.

- Responsibilities include designing and executing full-funnel marketing strategies; identifying and testing emerging channels to maximize reach; developing audience segmentation and personalization frameworks; guiding creative development and performance testing; managing budgets and KPIs to ensure ROI; and collaborating across teams to align campaigns with business objectives.
- The ideal candidate possesses10+ years of experience in paid media and channel expansion; strong leadership and team-building skills; expertise in targeting, measurement, and optimization; analytical ability to interpret complex data; and exceptional communication and project management capabilities.
