Our client, a leading professional services organization, is seeking a Practice Development Specialist to drive strategic marketing initiatives and support business development efforts. In this high-impact role, you'll coordinate events, craft compelling proposals, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance brand presence. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of experience in marketing or business development within a professional services environment.
Position Details:
- Location: Boston, MA
- Work Model: Hybrid
- Responsibilities include planning and executing practice-specific meetings and events; contributing to proposals and RFP responses; developing marketing collateral and ensuring timely updates; managing experience content and expert biographies; identifying thought leadership and profile-raising opportunities; and partnering with cross-functional teams to track outcomes and optimize strategies.
- The ideal candidate possesses proven success in marketing or business development within professional services; exceptional written and verbal communication skills; strong project management and organizational abilities; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools; collaborative mindset with adaptability across time zones; and the ability to influence and build consensus with professionalism.
