Leasing Consultant to $60K - Drive Occupancy, Promote Community!
Our client, a real estate organization, is seeking a Leading Consultant to play a key role in filling units and supporting property growth. In this position, you'll showcase apartment homes, guide prospective residents through the leasing process, and contribute to marketing efforts that boost occupancy. The ideal candidate brings at least 1+ years of leasing experience and a strong customer-service mindset.
Position Details:
- Location: Woburn, MA
- Work Model: In Office
- Degree: Preferred
- Responsibilities include greeting and assisting prospective residents; conducting property tours and explaining pricing, availability, and lease terms; managing leasing inquiries across phone, email, and in-person channels; guiding applicants through applications, screenings, and lease signings; maintaining accurate leasing data in property management systems; supporting marketing initiatives such as online listings and community outreach; and collaborating with maintenance and management teams to ensure resident satisfaction.
- The ideal candidate possesses prior experience in leasing or related customer-facing roles; excellent communication and organizational skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with property management software; professional demeanor and team-oriented attitude; and flexibility to work occasional weekends or peak leasing periods.
