Administrative Assistant to $105K - Empower a Fast‑Paced Investment Team!
Our client, a leading investment management organization, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide high‑level administrative and operational support across a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment. In this role, you will manage complex scheduling, coordinate communications, and ensure seamless support across multiple inboxes and workflows. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of administrative experience and thrives in settings that require adaptability, initiative, and strong partnership with peers.
Position Details:
- Location: Boston, MA
- Work Model: Hybrid
- Degree: Preferred
- Responsibilities include providing comprehensive administrative support and high‑quality client service; managing numerous calendars and coordinating meetings, conferences, and logistics; monitoring and triaging multiple inboxes to maintain continuity and coverage; screening and routing calls and communication; maintaining databases, records, and filing systems; tracking news, earnings, and market information for team distribution; coordinating domestic and international travel and preparing expense reports; supporting research needs by gathering and organizing relevant filings and materials; processing invoices and liaising with internal teams; drafting correspondence and contributing to process improvements that enhance workflow.
- The ideal candidate possesses 5+ years of administrative experience in fast‑paced professional settings; strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities; the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively; exceptional attention to detail and accuracy; advanced Microsoft Office proficiency; excellent communication skills with strong command of grammar; the ability to adapt to shifting priorities and support various teams as needed; a positive, self‑aware approach with a willingness to learn and take accountability.
