Executive Assistant to $120K - Join a Fast-Growing Innovator!

Our client, an innovative AI company servicing the supply chain/logistics space, is seeking an Executive Assistant to support senior leadership with a strong focus on investor engagement and executive operations. In this highly visible role, you will manage complex calendars, coordinate high-stakes meetings, and keep investor and executive workflows running smoothly. The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of experience supporting leadership, thrives amid changing priorities, and has a tactical mindset. Experience within a start-up environment is highly preferred.

Position Details:

  • Location: Boston, MA

  • Responsibilities include managing complex executive calendars and high-volume scheduling across multiple time zones; preparing and supporting in-person and virtual meetings, including agendas, materials, room/technology setup, and attendee coordination; organizing and maintaining accurate investor, advisor, and partner contact lists; updating and tracking activity in CRM or similar systems to support investor outreach and relationship management; assisting with fundraising and executive operations through drafting, editing, and proofreading polished written communications and outreach; and proactively anticipating executive needs and handling ad hoc administrative projects in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
  • The ideal candidate possesses 3+ years of experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams, ideally within a high-growth, startup, or rapidly changing environment; strong background in calendar management, scheduling, and coordination of high-volume meetings and logistics; exceptional written and verbal communication skills; a polished and professional presence; strong proficiency with spreadsheets and standard office productivity software; and high attention to detail with sound judgment and absolute discretion.
