Executive Assistant to $110K - Growth Tech Environment!
Our client, an innovative technology‑driven organization, is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high‑level support to senior executives during a period of rapid growth. This role centers on managing complex schedules, preparing executive materials, and ensuring seamless day‑to‑day operations across a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate brings strong executive partnership experience and thrives in fast‑moving, high‑expectation settings.
Position Details:
- Location: Boston, MA
- Work Model: Hybrid
- Degree: Preferred
- Responsibilities include managing executive calendars and overseeing high‑volume scheduling with internal and external partners; preparing meeting briefs, agendas, and necessary documentation ahead of deadlines; monitoring and triaging inboxes and drafting responses as appropriate; coordinating domestic and international travel logistics; processing expenses and managing receipts; supporting operational processes including access requests, time‑off tracking, meeting notes, and general administrative workflows; overseeing office logistics, liaising with building management and vendors, and ensuring smooth execution of in‑person meetings and company events; and building strong cross‑functional relationships across the organization to streamline communication and support executive priorities.
- The ideal candidate possesses 4+ years supporting senior executives in fast‑paced or high‑growth environments; strong proficiency in Google Workspace and comfort with AI‑based productivity tools; exceptional communication skills and sound judgment in handling confidential information; the ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail; a proactive approach that anticipates needs and takes initiative; and flexibility to monitor communications and respond during off‑hours when necessary.
