Client Service Coordinator to $60K - Break Into Commercial Real Estate!
Our client, a global commercial real estate owner and operator, is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to support tenants and the property management team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact in the property management office, delivering an exceptional experience to tenants and visitors while handling a variety of administrative and operational tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused individual with 1+ years of hospitality or administrative experience.

- Responsibilities include serving as the first point of contact for tenants and visitors in the property management office; creating a warm, professional experience for guests; answering and routing tenant calls and managing requests; supporting property management with monthly rent statement distribution and timely invoice processing; scheduling services and contracted work with vendors and building operations; handling incoming and outgoing mail, overnight deliveries, courier services, and daily freight/loading dock schedules; maintaining office organization including files, directories, and emergency contact lists; monitoring and restocking office supplies and refreshments and assisting with catering needs; promoting building amenities and programming and assisting the property management team with special projects and tenant communications.
- The ideal candidate possesses at least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role within hospitality, commercial real estate, or a professional office setting; strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer skills; a polished, professional presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills; a friendly, service-oriented mindset and genuine passion for delivering top-tier customer service; strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through in a fast-paced environment; and enthusiasm for growing within commercial real estate while remaining focused on administrative and client service responsibilities.
