Marketing Manager to $120K - Craft Compelling Narratives for Award-Winning Architecture!
Our client, an established architecture firm, is seeking a Marketing Manager to drive proposal development, marketing communications, and brand‑elevating initiatives. This role leads the creation of high‑impact qualifications packages, presentation materials, and digital content in partnership with senior leaders. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of marketing experience within the architecture, engineering, and construction industry.
Position Details:
- Location: Boston, MA
- Work Model: Hybrid
- Degree: Required
- Responsibilities include leading end‑to‑end proposal and qualifications development; coordinating inputs from principals and cross‑functional partners; overseeing quality control and consistency across submissions; maintaining pursuit and project information; creating and refining interview materials such as presentations and handouts; managing updates to website content and imagery; and steering social media efforts to support visibility and engagement.
- The ideal candidate possesses 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally within the AEC industry; excellent writing, editing, and layout skills; strong Adobe InDesign and PowerPoint design capabilities; the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced environment; exceptional organization and attention to detail; and the ability to collaborate effectively with senior leaders and team members.
