Executive Assistant to $115K - Support the Foundation of a New Business Launch!
Our client, a global biotechnology company, is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to a senior executive leading a newly established U.S. business area. In this highly visible role, you will manage complex calendars, coordinate leadership meetings, handle travel and expenses, and serve as a key liaison across the organization. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of executive support experience, outstanding communication skills, and a calm, proactive approach to balancing shifting priorities.
Position Details:
- Location: Cambridge, MA

- Responsibilities include managing complex calendars and scheduling recurring meetings; coordinating agendas, presentation decks, and other materials for senior-level internal and external meetings; arranging business travel and related logistics, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation; preparing and submitting expense reports; collaborating closely with other executive assistants to organize meetings, team events, lunches, and visitor logistics; maintaining team distribution lists and supporting internal communication; and providing light project support to strategic initiatives as bandwidth allows.
- The ideal candidate possess 5+ years of experience providing executive-level administrative support in a corporate environment, ideally within biopharma or similar industries; strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools; excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills and a polished, professional demeanor; demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment, manage confidential information with discretion, and prioritize effectively under pressure; and a resilient, self-directed, and highly organized working style.
