Administrative Assistant to $85K - Commercial Real Estate Opportunity!
Our client, a growing commercial real estate developer, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the successful onboarding and oversight of newly acquired office assets. In this role, you'll coordinate key operational processes, partner with third‑party management teams, and help drive efficient property performance across multiple locations. The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of property management experience and thrives in fast‑paced, highly collaborative environments.
Position Details:
- Location: Boston, MA
- Work Model: In Office
- Degree: Required
- Responsibilities include reviewing CAM budgets and supporting financial reporting requirements; coordinating onboarding activities for new commercial office assets; facilitating communication between internal departments and third‑party management partners; preparing meeting agendas, minutes, and tracking outstanding action items; overseeing deliverables such as open work orders, tenant concerns, contracts, and monthly reporting; providing support to the local team by assisting with portfolio‑wide projects and coverage as needed; and ensuring accurate, timely follow‑through on property operations.
- The ideal candidate possesses 3+ years of property management experience with exposure to commercial assets; strong written and verbal communication skills; the ability to adapt quickly and work effectively in a fast‑moving environment; excellent problem‑solving abilities and sound judgment; capacity to serve as a quick study when learning new systems or processes; and willingness to travel 1-2 days per month within the United States.
