Corporate Assistant to $90K - Support a High-Performing Legal Team!
Our client, a respected professional services organization, is seeking a Corporate Assistant to provide critical administrative support to busy senior professionals within a fast‑paced practice area. In this role, you'll manage daily workflow, handle scheduling and correspondence, and help keep billing and administrative processes running smoothly. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of administrative experience and thrives in environments requiring precision, responsiveness, and excellent communication.
Position Details:
- Location: Boston, MA
- Work Model: Hybrid

- Responsibilities include preparing and formatting correspondence and legal documents; coordinating calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements; supporting billing by entering attorney time, processing monthly invoices, and partnering with billing specialists; managing expenses, check requests, and intake documentation; serving as a professional point of contact for internal and external inquiries; coordinating workflow across attorneys, clients, and support teams; maintaining accurate daily task logs; and assisting with additional administrative projects as needed.
- The ideal candidate possesses 5+ years of administrative experience in legal or professional services settings; exceptional organization and attention to detail; strong written and verbal communication skills; the ability to prioritize shifting deadlines and work both independently and collaboratively; sound judgment and discretion handling confidential information; a proactive, service‑oriented mindset; and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
