Executive Administrator to 100K - Join a High-Performing Team!

Our client, a boutique private equity firm, is seeking an Executive Administrator to provide high‑level support to senior leadership and keep daily operations running smoothly. In this pivotal role, you'll manage complex scheduling, coordinate travel, support investment‑related activities, and ensure an exceptional in‑office experience for executives and visitors. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and experience thriving in fast‑paced, detail‑driven environments.

Position Details :

  • Location: Boston, MA
  • Work Model: In Office
  • Degree: Preferred
  • Responsibilities include managing a constantly shifting executive calendar and protecting priority time; coordinating domestic and international travel; preparing, submitting, and tracking expense reports; supporting meetings through scheduling, materials preparation, note‑taking, and follow‑ups; assisting with the creation, editing, and formatting of presentations and correspondence; updating CRM databases and managing light social media activity; executing ad hoc projects tied to investment workflows; overseeing daily office operations including supplies, vendor coordination, conference room readiness, mail distribution, and guest hospitality; and assisting with planning external meetings, events, and offsites.
  • The ideal candidate possesses exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail; strong judgment, professionalism, and the ability to anticipate needs; a proactive, flexible mindset with comfort supporting a wide range of priorities; confidence working independently while maintaining a collaborative team approach; strong written and verbal communication skills; and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
