Executive Assistant to $90K - Unique Opportunity!

Our client, a leading private equity organization, is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high‑level support across multiple investment teams. In this role, you'll help to manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings and travel, and step in wherever coverage is required. The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of administrative experience and is comfortable in a highly collaborative role.

Position Details:

  • Location: Boston, MA
  • Work Model: Hybrid
  • Degree: Preferred
  • Responsibilities include managing complex calendars and preventing scheduling conflicts; coordinating meetings with detailed logistics such as conference room setups, technology needs, and materials preparation; arranging domestic and international travel and producing clear itineraries; handling phone and email communication while building strong relationships with internal and external contacts; maintaining databases and entering key relationship information; assisting with research using internal systems; supporting company events and providing backup coverage to other administrative staff; and operating standard office equipment while performing additional tasks to support ongoing business needs.
  • The ideal candidate possesses 3+ years of administrative experience with strong skills in calendar, travel, and expense management; proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems quickly; exceptional attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities; strong judgment, resourcefulness, and proactive problem‑solving abilities; excellent communication and interpersonal skills with high emotional intelligence; and a commitment to handling confidential information with discretion while contributing to an inclusive, team‑oriented culture.
