Executive Assistant to $100K - Operations Support Role!

Our client, a global investment organization, is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to a senior leader while offering occasional assistance to additional team members. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a professional, fast‑paced environment and excels at managing complex schedules, high‑touch communication, and competing priorities. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of administrative experience, outstanding attention to detail, and confidence working with direct, results‑driven personalities.

Position Details:

  • Location: Boston, MA
  • Work Model: Hybrid
  • Degree: Preferred
  • Responsibilities include managing heavy calendar scheduling and coordinating intricate internal and external meetings; arranging detailed domestic and international travel, including multi‑stop and private travel; preparing and submitting expense reports with accuracy; screening calls, mail, and correspondence while maintaining strong communication flow; providing occasional personal support such as reservations, errands, and mailings; ensuring seamless day‑to‑day operations through proactive problem‑solving and prioritization; and offering backup support to administrative peers when needed.
  • The ideal candidate possesses meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills; strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint; the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure; a polished, professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal and customer‑service skills; comfort working with direct communication styles and senior‑level stakeholders; demonstrated discretion handling confidential information; and a proactive, team‑focused approach with a "no task too small"
