- Responsibilities include overseeing consultant staffing across multiple offices to optimize utilization and project success; partnering with senior leaders to align resources with business priorities; identifying and resolving scheduling conflicts, performance concerns, and staffing gaps; monitoring project budgets and timelines to ensure accuracy and efficiency; maintaining and analyzing staffing data to inform workforce planning decisions; supporting talent development initiatives by aligning assignments with career goals; and serving as a trusted point of contact for employee concerns and staffing-related matters.
- The ideal candidate possesses 3+ years of experience in professional services, operations, or talent coordination; strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders; solid understanding of business metrics and financial concepts; excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities in fast-paced settings; confidence handling sensitive information and navigating complex situations; and advanced proficiency in Excel with strong communication and presentation skills.
