This Accounting Clerk role is FULLY ONSITE and ideal for someone who enjoys variety, teamwork, and keeping financial operations running smoothly.

This opportunity lets you hit the ground running while working closely with a collaborative, supportive accounting team in a stable, well-established Seattle organization.

In this position, you would be responsible for:

• Processing and supporting full-cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable

• Entering invoices accurately and ensuring timely payments

• Applying payments and assisting with collections follow-up

• Reconciling accounts and assisting with month-end tasks

• Communicating with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies

• Providing general accounting support and jumping in on additional projects as needed

If you have:

• 2-5 years of AP/AR or general accounting experience

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Solid Excel skills and comfort learning new systems

• Excellent communication skills and a customer-service mindset

• An interest in working fully onsite and collaborating with a close-knit team
