Executive Assistant
Executive Assistant to support executive team. Perm opportunity. Regular business hours, Monday-Friday. Uptown. Hybrid Schedule. Financial Services Experience required - Private Equity, Wealth Management, etc.
Responsibilities
Job Description
- Coordinate and book extensive, complex travel including conferences
- Coordinate materials for client meetings and conferences
- Schedule and organize client and internal meetings
- Handle heavy calendar management and tracking of meetings
- Track receipts and process expense reports for supported partners
- Communicate well in person, via email and phone and possess a strong command of English grammar and spelling
- Assist in projects as needed, including, but not limited to, help with contracts and deal flow
Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree preferred
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience working as an Executive Assistant, C-level experience preferred (3 years in financial sector experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite and Concur
- Must be able to work efficiently with minimum supervision, work well under pressure, and handle multiple tasks/demands and changing priorities under tight deadlines
- Ability to use conferencing technology (including Zoom, Teams, etc.)
